Trip To Perth-12 May 2009 *Part I*

ROCKINGHAM

First stop: Penguin Island

Roughly one and a half hour drive from the city to reach here. Upon reaching, we got our tickets to the Penguin Island. This island is actually a conservation park. There is another island to go where we get to see the sea lions but my aunt-the planner chooses only to go this island. After we bought the tickets, is time to board the boat to the island. Just a few minutes away and we reached the island.

at the dock

Free and easy around the island. We are allowed to go around the island except certain places. Therefore, we started the journey after taking pictures at the dock. The sea was awesome with the waves. Indian Ocean waters.

close your eyes. listen to the waves. feels the breeze. the feeling is just 'WOW'.

we reached at some hut where we get to see the penguins' feeding sessions.

i spotted him. wondering what is he looking at ha.

say cheese everyone!!!

Nothing much to see at the island. Just penguins and the oceans that will catch your attention. So, nothing much to share at this stop. is time to leave the island. Next destination would be going over to Mandurah. love this place so much. most probably because of the ocean. AWESOME-ness!!!
